Treatments are available Monday to Saturday. Please note the salon is closed on Sunday. The opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10.00am to 6.pm, Thursday 12.00am to 8.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm.
Appointments
All appointments are subject to advance booking. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. You are respectfully advised that a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be incurred where less than 12 hours notice is given of the cancellation. This charge increases to the full cost of the treatment where less than 2 hours notice is given or you fail to turn up for your appointment.
Payment
You can pay for your treatments by credit or debit card and cash. Please note we do not accept Amex or Diners Club. At the discretion of the Management cheques are accepted from regular clients but only when supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.
Treatment Conditions
Please advise your therapist prior to your treatment if you suffer from any medical conditions or are taking any medications. The Salon Management reserves the right to decline to administer any treatment.
Gift Vouchers
A wide range of Gift Vouchers are available. All vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
